Philosophy

  1. Decide only when necessary, have systems that allow parallel paths of development without extra human effort
  2. Interpersonal communication is important but error-prone restrict it to cases when there is no better alternative.
  3. Do not expect information to be delivered without making it sure by interpersonal communication

Experts of responsibility areas sit together during working and implement the discussed changes immediately and are able to observe the (predicted) result of the change.

Prerequisites:

  1. A system that enables the live implementation of changes
  2. A system that enables the direct visualisation of the result with different views for the different expert areas
  3. Handling change candidates and finalized changes
  4. Prediction is necessary for processes that take long

Implications:

  1. No point in sitting together if the changes cannot be implemented live
  2. Preparation is necessary
  3. The preparation includes the development of a system that enables the live implementation of changes
