Prerequisites:
- A system that enables the live implementation of changes
- A system that enables the direct visualisation of the result with different views for the different expert areas
- Handling change candidates and finalized changes
- Prediction is necessary for processes that take long
Implications:
- No point in sitting together if the changes cannot be implemented live
- Preparation is necessary
- The preparation includes the development of a system that enables the live implementation of changes
KPI:
- Number of applications / systems used for the daily work
- How often switching between applications is necessary: 1/week, 1/day, 1/hour, 1/minute
- Time between question coming up and answer delivered: minutes, hours, days, weeks, months
